How To Use Stress Positively
Career : Career Techniques Many times at work we get stressed - it is a fact of life, and to try to avoid it is usually to atttempt to square a circle. Therefore what can we do? Well we can use it positively. For instance stress often raises its head when we have too much to do. Therefore try to use it a positive to get very organised. Each morning at the start of work, or at the end of the day before, set yourself goals for what you need to do and to achieve the following day in the office. This will help to keep you in the hear and now and also not to worry about what the future may bring and of course also what happened in the past.
