How To Use Up Christmas Pudding
Christmas Christmas pudding is lovely, but very heavy - and particularly after a nice main course of a plate filled with crumbly turkey, roast potatoes and an assortment of veg. Often there is a lot of Christmas pudding left after the main event. Given this, what can you do to ensure that the leftover pud is not wasted? Turn it into ice cream, of course! All that you have to do is crumble it into some custom and whipped cream, so there is a quarter of pudding for the other ingredients, then get your good old ice cream maker out to mix all together, and then freeze - and there you go, Christmas pudding ice cream, delicious!
