How To Use Water Bottles To Define Your Chest

If you want to help define your chest area, then you can use water bottles to help you achieve this aim; more specifically the weight of these.

Simply lie flat on your back, feet to the floor and start with a 16 ounce water bottle in each hand.

Push up so arms are straight over shoulders, palms away. Pull the abs and tilt chin to chest. Lower bottles down so that you should feel your elbows touch the floor, where you stop the motion. Then push back up. Repeat several times.
