How To Use Your Emotions To Win Marks
Education : English During an English exam, you concentrate of a million and one things. You are busy analysing the text rationally. But also stop and examine your emotions - on reading a piece of prose or a leaflet, how are you left feeling: angry, sad, inspired, confused? If a distinct emotional state comes across, write about it so the examiner knows you have thought it, and briefly state: - do you think it is the emotion the author wanted to convey - what this says about the author and their motives for writing the piece of literature in question This is something that many students do not do in an exam, and therefore can help you to stand out from the crowd.
