Useful Questions: Product Knowledge
| Business : Business Questions Every company thinks that it knows its products, and from its own perspective it usually does - it knows what the features or technical spec of its products are and the cost for manufacture etc. However, ask yourself this: Do I know the key BENEFITS of the product? That's the key as that's what will ultimately sell it to customers: not that it has some mega-great widget but what that widget will do for me, is what the customer wants to know. Also can you give one big statement about the product that will be a headline figure that you can quote at anyone who asks? If not, then get one!
