If you are ever unfortunate enough to get attacked in the streets, then it is a good idea to know vulnerable points on the body so that if you need to try to make a quick movement to stun the aggressor to get away, then you are able to target the right places.
Already mentioned in another article is the fact that the eyes, and the ears and the nose are vulnerable points.
Another good point to attack if you have to is their shins.
The best technique is to use the sole of your shoe to scrape down the shinbone. This is a good form of defence as it will temporarily put them off their guard and this should be just long enough in order for you to turn around and run.
