If you find it hard to wake up in the morning, use this excellent little mixture on your skin after showering in the morning- it will wake you up no doubt and help to put a little bit more pep in your step early morning.

Simply get together a little almond oil and mix in whith some rosemary and mandarin essential oils.

The mix, scent and feel on the skin will help to get you going in the morning and help you wake up from your slumbers!
