How To Warm Down To Stop Injury

Many people focus on warming up, but less so on warming down. But it can be very important, particularly after a long run.

1 - Don't just stop moving. Continue walking for a few minutes after you stop.

2 - Drink lots of water to rehydrate

3 - Change into fresh clothes

4 - Ice any aching muscles and stretch gently
