How To Warm Up Before A Run

Sport : Athletics

You should not go into a run cold. Rather, ensure you are suitably hydrated first of all.

Then, exercise slowly and stretch all the major muscle groups for a few minutes. As you feel the muscles loosen, you are more warmed up, and you can increase the intensity.

So in a run, try to walk, jog, run in that order. Never go straight into a run when your joints and muscles are cold.
