How To Warm Up In Winter
Miscellaneous Switch the slow cooker on and fog up your kitchen while cooking. You get to have a nice hot meal and sit in a warm room while you eat. Boil the kettle to help as well. Make a mug of hot chocolate to have before bed. Have a nice warm bath and put a hot water bottle in your bed before you get in. Have a winter duvet on and long, wooly pyjamas that cover your legs and arms. Turn your radiator on too. Wear wooly socks in bed and wrap your body in a sheet so no cold air can get in while you sleep. Then put the duvet on top. Invite some friends round and have a DVD night. More people will create more warmth and also take your mind off being cold. Grab a massive duvet, draw the blinds and eat snacks all evening. Leg warmers and boots are great for keeping warm when you're out and about, and look stylish too. Buy a big wooly coat to wear to work or college.
