How To Watch Your Calories Effectively

The best way to work out the calories you are eating is to get a simple calorie counter book, that lists all the calories in each food.

Spend some time to go through it - you will be surprised how high in calories some foods are and how low some others are.

Then target certain foods you want to eat and work out a set of menus or dishes you can have that you will like the taste of but are good for you in terms of calories.

Be sure to have variety across the menu so that you don't limit yourself too much.

And remember to always have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in your diet.
