What you might not notice is how differently they tie them - with thin and fat knots and varying degrees in between. You should always ensure that you stick with smaller knots when wearing a tie to work or for an interview. The reason for this is that bigger knots are identified more with children! Therefore don't do something like a Windsor knot!
