What The Employer Looks For

Career : CV

The employer ultimately wants someone with the best fit to the role on offer, and also the personality to deliver and fit in with the company mentality.

The CV allows them to see the fit to the role, the interview allows them to develop your fit further and also assess the other aspects of your character.

The employer looks for this on the CV:

- you have the experience they are looking for
- you have the requisite skills
- you have had suitable responsibility in the past
- you have achieved a lot in your career consistently
- you have made good progress during your career
