What To Do If You Find Your Partner Is Cheating

Therefore as hard as it is it is best not to have the confrontation straight away whilst you are really angry. Rather you need to compose your response and decide where you stand. Decide on this first before you have the row, and try to keep it as short and sweet as possible. If packing your bags or theirs is your decision, then do the packing before the confrontation. Arrange for a lift ten minutes later then have the confrontation, this puts a time limit on how long it can last if they do try to plead forgiveness. If you decide that you will give them a second chance then you need to be very clear this is their final warning and you are doing it because of your love for them, and if they have any love for you they will not do it again.
