However this is one of the dangers of speed dating and as they say there's something about kissing a lot of frogs to find your prince - well in speed dating it is talking to a lot of frogs, as it were. If someone is particularly annoying then you can relax and not worry, because the great thing is you only have a few minutes to speak to them. So be polite and don't start going around insulting the others, this is poor form at a speed dating event. So if there is zero chemistry just sit through it and see it as a way of practicing talking to a stranger and asking your questions. Only leave the table if things are getting uncomfortable in some way, for instance the other person breaking the rules and obsessively telling you that they are in love with you or something a little strange like that!
