Some become fanatical and log in every few hours or less, with a quickened heartbeat, hoping for a higher and higher offer. Others get discouraged as there are views but no bids, and not even views sometimes. Don't get discouraged if this happens as most bids will happen during the last 24 hours. People who want the item might view it beforehand but won't bid until the end as they don't want too much time for the price to go high, or so they think! Therefore the best strategy is to do whatever you want - there is no right or wrong thing to do when the item is listed!
