What To Include In An EBay Query

Money : EBay

Many people who receive answers off eBay are frustrated to find a template answer that doesn't quite address the question.

But then again it works both ways - some questions they receive are no doubt very hard to understand and written poorly.

Here's what you should include with a query:

- include your UserID
- the userID of the person you are trading with if appropriate
- item number (where relevant)
- factual description of your enquiry
- any useful information you can provide

BUT do not ramble, get emotional or deviate from the facts. It is always important that you state the truth and not your interpretation of the truth. This all helps get matters resolved more easily and quicker.
