Where To Meet A Date
| Relationships : Online Dating If you do decide to meet up with someone that you meet online, then the number one priority above all else is your safety. Like it or not, whilst most people are genuine, there are always some who will not be so you must be on your guard. Therefore for the first date (and a few subsequent ones if you get on) be sure to always meet somewhere public until you are 100% sure about the other person. Also it is a good idea to have a friend either with you initially or certainly in the same area so they can check up on you. Let them know where you are going to be so they can see if you are there, and make sure you have your phone with you to check and on at all times - make sure the battery is charged before hand! Remember - better safe than sorry!
