You can mix up your own toothpaste at home that will work really well and help you achieve whiter, shinier teeth. Simply mix together the following: - a teaspoon of baking soda - a 1/4 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide - a little peppermint oil (one or two drops) Once you have mixed these together you will get a nice toothpaste formed, which you can then apply on your toothbrush and use as normal. The baking soda helps to clean and the hydrogen peroxide will help bleach off any stains on the teeth.
