Self Development : Stress Whilst too much stress is always a bad thing, a little stress can actually be good for you according to recent research. Going through life without any challenges and having everything come too easily is actually not good for you - we need some challenges. As humans we strive to overcome challenges and often can learn to embrace them. A little stress therefore can be a good thing, though as with anything is life too much is bad. Therefore if you are a little stressed then just think - it's actually good for you, and that alone should make you feel a little better about it!
