How To Work Out An Anagram
| Games : Puzzles Many puzzles have nine letter anagrams, or even more, in them which can be hard to see straight out like a five letter anagram might be. So what you need to do is develop some method that works for you for solving anagrams. Here are a couple of methods that some people say works for them. One method is to write the letters out in a circle, rather than in a straight line, for some they find it easier to see and consider all the letters at once in this circumstance. For others, writing the anagram out with consonants on one side and vowels the other works. The thinking here is that you can see the likely distribution of vowels in the word, and move your eye back and forth to create likely combinations. For others again, simply writing out in alphabetical order works. As always, practice is great and will certainly help your eye to speed up decoding those anagrams. Good luck!
