Writing Sales Processes: Connect With Emotions For Success

Many sales processes are far too dry and rational.

Whilst rationality is good, the fact is that the emotional card comes into play when people make purchases, and therefore if you can make an emotional case or play with your sales copy - genuinely - then by all means include it.

If you believe that the product will make your audience feel more fulfilled, secure and happy and give them that confidence they yearned for - then state these clearly and make an emotional sales pitch.

Just remember the key caveat - you have to believe in your product and have confidence it really will deliver on these benefits; an excellent sales process needs an excellent product to sell.
