Hi everyone

I have suffered from anxiety and stress and panic attacks since i was a child.
Over the past year i have started attending a yoga class once a week and swimming twice a week. And I would recommend it to anyone suffering from stress or anxiety.

Yoga has really helped me feel less stressed and anxious and to control my panic attacks. The main basis of yoga is the breathing. Yoga teaches you how to breathe properly as most people don't do this.

Using breathing techniques helps to calm your body and mind and relax your muscles.

I like to practice my breathing exercises whenever i can, but my favorite place to do this is at the spa where i am completely relaxed and free from everyday stresses and distractions.
