Yoga is often known as being very good at aiding stress relief. If you need some stress relief, then certainly do try out some yoga.

For instance, if you really need to relax for a few minutes, then try this simple exercise:

Sit quietly on the floor, back straight, and hands on chest.

Slow breathing, and note the inflating and deflating of your chest.

If you are worried, then place fingers on forehead.
