As a business coach she helps company owners to define and then achieve their business and personal goals. She sees her role as one of inspiration, education and trusted advisor. 2)“The path to success is to take massive, determined action.” – Anthony Robbins Jo believes that success is not doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. She is an advocate of education, believing that no-one should never stop learning and growing. She encourages business owners to think outside the box, exposing them to areas of their company and to concepts that might not normally be examined. 3) Jo’s career success stems from a strong work ethic, continual learning and her ability to stay focused on the job at hand. She is convinced that the best success comes from knowledge and “edutainment” (the mixture of education and entertainment). Jo loves putting the word FUN back into a client’s businesses. 4) Jo knows that every business can benefit from working with an unbiased advisor; someone who will focus on making you and your business successful. As your coach, Jo will be your Training Co-ordinator, Marketing Manager, Sales Director, Partner and Confidant all rolled into one. She will help make your dreams come true. 5)Jo’s passion for coaching and development has allowed her to see great success. She has recruited, trained and coached a team of hundreds for a major PLC and also has a successful track record in Sales and Marketing, She launched her own Sales company in 2004 – helping various small-to-medium sized businesses find and develop new business. In time her business developed to also include Sales, Product and Customer Care training. 6) As a business owner herself, Jo understands how frustrating being a business owner can be. Working for 14-16 hours a day and driving 1000 miles a week was taking a toll on her life and Jo decided she needed to strike a balance. “In my previous business I was meeting business owners every day, some of which were struggling for survival and most had nowhere to go for help, advice and support and I felt there was a definite need for business coaching” 7) Jo mixes her drive for results and success in business with her passion and belief in the individual. She says it is not just what you know or what you do, it is also who you are. |
