How to ask someone out if shy

i like someone and i think he`s the same ..but he didnt really say it but he`s actions did..so i dont know what do cuz this is the first time that something like that happen to me..but the problem is i met him on the internet but i`m gonna meet him after months cuz i`m gonna study in his country..so what should i do..should i tell him or what?

If you think someone likes you then the only way is to ask them out.

If they like you back they will make it obvious that they do.

If not then forget about it and move on and find someone else - don't try to make someone like you if they don't!
