Dear Rabbit Owner,
Before leaving your pet rabbit alone in the house please be sure that all elecrical cords, etc. are up and out of the path of your bunny, if he/she is left to wander the house, alone. Our bunny rabbit, is our special needs students, class pet. Her name is Brookie Bunny. We left her out at my house and she ate the telephone's answering cord right in half, with 2 bites of her sharp teeth. She also likes to bite and gnaw on wooden furniture and can jump amazingly high, with her strong back haunches. She appears fat but when she stretches out, she is thin and can manuver into many tight spaces-like behind the TV/VCR cabinet and the stove, etc. It takes fresh celery stalks, to get her safely back to her cage, again. Brookie has a woven rug that she likes to play on -so this helps us to keep her near the cage, most of the time, too. She also loves lying stretched out on our brick fireplace hearth, in the spring and summer-it makes her think she is in an open are, like a garden - but is much safer for her! Hope this helps!
Sincerely,

P.S. We would really like to hear back from you, soon. Maybe would could be "pet bunny pen-pals"... :-).
