How do I get Biro Ink out from a biege carpet?

Replies:
Biro stains can be removed through the use of alcohol based hairspray in most cases.
Note you might need quite a bit of hairspray and quite a bit of elbow grease too but this is usually enough to shift quite stubborn ink and biro stains.
