Effective spot creams

Hello im simon i got the odd spots but every now and then i get a break out which i really hate and cant help picking and i was just wondering is it best to squezze white heads or not!! but when u pop them they go all big and red anythiong to take redness away im using FreeDerm the new spot cream for teenages and any others who have spot i have found if u dont pick your spots and use this new cream 2 times a day ur face will be clear

I am the same, i get the odd spot and then usually before my period i get a breakout. it really sux. i also cant help picking, but wen can resist, i usually end up with much clearer skin. so my advice is only squeeze if the spot is fgull of pus, and never squeeze too hard or ull end up with a massive red bulging spot which looks alot worse. and wash ur face and use anticeptic cream if possible.
