How to get a record deal
How do you go about getting a record deal? Who do you talk to, how do you get in touch with them, what do they look for, etc. Thanks so much!

There is a lot of luck involved. Many people know someone in the business!
One method is to keep your eye out in things like Stage magazine and look for auditions when they are bringing a band together.
These can give you excellent experience and show you what you need to do and who you need to talk to to get on in those very competitive but ultimately very rewarding business - if you make it!
