How to get moneys owed

6yrs ago i loaned a friend £3,000 She has only repaid £800 back. I got her to sign an agreement with me that she would repay the money back monthly which she has failed to do. Can you please advise me on how i can get this money back as i have been out of work due to having cancer and am finding things very hard?

You should consult your lawyer and get legal advice for this.

Alternatively there are many self help websites that may be able to give you the appropriate course of action and forms to fill in.

Either way you should clearly escalate this debt and pursue it through the courts or legal system if you do not think that there is any other way to get back the debt owed.
