Ive spots head, i them. without buying
ive got a few spots on my head, how do i get rid of them. without buying anything?,

Hi,, it is fatty lumbs under your skin, all you need to do it change your diet :)
or it is an allergic reaction to your shampoo or other hair products :)

These worked for me-
1-Get alot of fresh air.
2-Drink 3 cups of water everday.
3-Basically dont eat crap.
4-Wash daily with warm water and dap it dry.
5-Use sudocrem and dont rub in,put a towel over your pillow so it dosent stain.
Also hold ice over the pimple/spot for 20-30seconds twice everyday it helps. xxx
