Dieticians agree that this is the most important meal of the day and kickstarts the metabolism. It is harder to lose weight without doing so as then the body runs slightly slower as it were for the rest of the day.
Therefore ensure that you do eat breakfast and also be sure to have healthy and nutritious meals.
