I question. 3 guy bestfriends, them. years

I have a question. I have 3 guy bestfriends, I like one of them. I used to like him few years back, he got to know about it and we've been very awkward around each other since then. But now we're close again. Then, I like him again but then, he does many things that made me wonder if he likes me too. If i were to tell him the truth, I'm afraid that history will repeat itself. Please help me.... thank you!
