How to remove shoe polish
How do I remove black shoe polish (from new shoes) stains from my new cream carpet?

Replies:
Use rubbing alcohol and rub onto the affected area.
Then use blotting paper to lift off the black shoe polish.
If this does not lift all of it off, next then use some detergent and warm water to get up any residue of the shoe polish off.
