How to remove stale milk smells

As stated in previous question - what is the answer to removing 'stale milk' smell from carpets in car?

Question From: G Flannery - Dec 26th 2005

Replies:

To remove stale milk smells you first need to remove all the stale milk!

Use warm soapy water and perhaps some washing up liquid and clean the affected area thoroughly first up.

Then you can use an air freshener in the car to ensure a pleasant smell and try to let it dry for as long as possible too. Soon the milk smell will have gone from the car.
