I've been able to get super-glue out of people's hair by GENTLY breaking-up the mass of dried glue by squeezing the hardened mass between regular pliars. After the mass is softened-up from the pliars, TAKE YOUR TIME and GENTLY keep making the hardened area's softer by manipulating it between your fingers and SLOWLY & GENTLY sliding the glue off of the hair strand. (This works best with fingernails that are just past the tips of fingers and protected with nail laquer. A small-tooth comb can help as well.)
The main trick is to do everything SLOWLY & GENTLY and do it on DRY HAIR. Wet hair will break easier. You may use a oil-based conditioner first and leave it in the hair for a day or two to also help soften up the glue. But be sure the hair is completely DRY before trying to work it out of your hair!!
Good luck to you! : )
