Hi sophie,

I have the same problem as you and I reccomend that you see a doctor. He/she could give you a cream or some form of tablet to help the spots go. I aslo feel you should drink lots of water and get plenty of fresh air. This wont stop spots completley, but it will get rid of most them..

Spots are a natural part of growing up and very few teenagers go without them to some extent.

Of course it can knock confidence and be traumatic at the time but there are some excellent creams and lotions on the market these days that should help you to overcome spots.
