White dots under the skin
hi evey1 i got like little white dots under my skin and these develop into spots what are they?

They could be white heads if they are and have heads; squeeze them but if no puss comes out.. STOP!!

Sounds like they are whiteheads. Try not to touch them or squeeze them as this can spread infection.
Use your standard spotcare treatment against these.
