Writing with biro
My daughter has written with biro on her Tiny Tears dolly. I have tried Cillit Bang, Washing Up liquid, Methylated Spirit and non-biological washing powder. What else can I try please?

Sorry to say that those are the standard treatments and you've done well to try them all.
However if they don't work then it may be time to give up as the only other option there is to you is to use bleach which of course will also potentially stain out the colour from the doll itself and therefore is not without risk.
