How to detox your body without simply going on a personal starving session. How? Add lemon to your drinking water. Simly put a slice of lemon in the water that you drink with your breakfast. This will help boost the functions of your liver and kidneys, the organs that remove the toxins from your body. It will also give you a fresh taste in your mouth, what could be better than that?!

More detox advice

First of all you must drink at least a gallon of water daily. Second, take water pills, you may find them at nutrition stores, GNC, Vitamin Discount, etc. These pills prevent you from retain water. Finally, prepare to use the restroom quite often until your body adapts.

Eventually, stop taking the pills after about 1 1/2 weeks and then divide you body weight by 2, and drink that number of ounces of water or low sodium, low sugar, non caffeinated beverages daily. You should feel a lot better if you can follow through with this method and furthermore you should lose a good amount of weight...

Leslie Kenton suggests taking your body weight, dividing by 8 and the total is the number of glasses of water you should drink a day for optimum health..
