There are limits to what most people will eat.
As the old saying goes, feed someone rabbit food for long enough and they will feel like a rabbit.
You are after all human and therefore you do need some interest in your diet. So whatever you choose to do make sure it is interesting and varied enough that you stand a good chance of sticking to it without feeling bored and hating every minute of the diet.
Also remember that you do not need to force yourself to eat foods you don't like just because they are good for you - there should be enough options and choices out there for you to find several foods that you do enjoy in each category and therefore there is no need to force yourself to eat sprouts for instance!
