Many people find a fitness program quite dull, as they perform the same exercises routine after routine.
The net effect of all this can be that they give up and get bored with the program before too long.
What can you do to help avoid this scenario yourself?
Well the easiest thing to do is simply to ensure that you have a couple of different elements to your program, and vary accordingly.
For instance, the cardio work could be a jog around the local area, whilst the muscle building program could be in a gym. If you do each once a week then you naturally get variety.
However if every program is just 20 minutes in the gym on a few machines then you are sure to get bored sooner rather than later!
