If you want to have big arm muscles, then you need to ensure that you use the correct technique to give you the best chance of building them up.

It is important to first of all realise that you must not train them more than twice a week, as this can lead to overtraining and therefore impact on your overall muscle development.

Also be sure to spend a maximum of half an hour in a session on your arms, this is the best way to develop arm muscles and biceps as they develop best under short and intense workouts.
