One of the simplest things we can do to help us lose weight is to wait!

Yes that's right - if you put your hunger craving satisfying off - eg don't eat when hungry - for about 30 minutes until after than, then it is quite likely that you won't feel hungry any more and will actually help you lose weight, depending on the reasons for that craving of course.

Often when we crave food it is due to little stresses and pressures such as a hard project at work and we feel we need some food to cope with it.
