If you exercise regularly, then it is quite likely you will have come across whey powder, which many use because it can help with weight loss or body building.

The thing is, the powder on its own is not exactly tasty or easy - therefore you should use it mixed in with other liquids for a great drink.

The easiest way is in some sort of fruity drink - just mix in some powder. Other options include on your breakfast cereal.

You need to make sure when you use whey that you don't go overboard - whilst many people use it successfully, your body needs things within certain limits.

Therefore always follow the instructions and don't go over the top - it won't do you any good, and might actually do you some harm!
