Looking after paint rollers.

If the job you are doing will take more than one day, place the roller in two plastic bags, wrapping them tightly around the handle, it will stay wet for days.
To clean it, remove as much paint as possible from the roller by wiping on the edge of the tin. Now get several newspapers and using one sheet at a time roll it, every third sheet ball up some paper and scrub the roller. You will probably use a whole paper (maybe a little more) But this is time well spent as it will reduce the rest of the cleaning time by at least 50% All that remains is to wash it in plenty of running water. If you then remove the roller from its handle and shake it hard (outside is best As it will be very wet) It will fluff it back up
