Philosophy is a very interesting subject, hope you enjoy studying it.
Generally there is a big difference between philosophy and spiritualism - most philosophers are very non-religious and virtually all are atheists for instance and don't have much time for spiritual stuff.
Although if you subscribe to more Eastern philosophies then Western ones there is much more crossover between the two.
