Nice thick, refreshing summer smoothie!

STEP 1

Mix together a handfull of frozen rasberries, 2 cubes of ice, 6 large chopped strawberries, and 5 heaped table spoons of natural yoghurt.

STEP 2

Blend all of the ingridients together for about 3 mins until thick and creamy and pink in colour then stir with a spoon an pour into a chilled glass

STEP 3

Leave to settle for 30 seconds and then find a nice hot spot to sit down and relax with your summer smoothie!!!
