Some awsum dieting tips ;
.slim fast
.weight watchers
.herbaleaf
loads of others
exercising tips
.walking 20 mins each day
.going for a morning and after noon jog
.going to the local gym
.womans 1/2 an hour fitness programme called "curves"

.well any one can be fit even if you are over weight it don't mean you are unhealthy
.you might want to keep your size 8 or wateva so just keep doing these tips and you will suceed

.eating
don't starve your self this is the worst thing to do your body will just hold on to all that fat eat 3 meals a day you will loose weight a.s.a.p so listen to these n loose weight with me
i did it i lost 2 stone in 1 month
